I’m so excited to announce that I am an official ambassador for the Exercise Your Faith 5K Run & Walk, coming to Newark, New Jersey, on Saturday, September 19th!
Exercise Your Faith is so much more than a race it’s a movement bringing faith, fitness, fellowship, and healthy living together. Created by B.U.F.F. Lifestyle, Believers United for Fitness. This organization encourages people to strengthen both their bodies and their relationship with God while building meaningful connections within the community.
This mission is very close to my heart because I truly believe we were never meant to walk out our faith or our wellness journeys alone. We need community. We need encouragement. And sometimes, we simply need to step outside of our normal routines and experience God in a fresh, joyful, and active way.
Whether you walk, jog, or run, everyone is welcome! You do not have to be an experienced runner. This is about showing up, moving with purpose, honoring God with our bodies, and enjoying an incredible day together.
Race day will include:
✝️ A 5K run and walk
🎶 Live worship and music
🙏🏽 Prayer and group communion
🤝 Fellowship and community connection
🛍️ A vendor village
🍽️ Food trucks
🎉 Fun, games, encouragement, and activities for the whole community

📍 Riverfront Park, 615 Raymond Boulevard, Newark, NJ
⏰ Event: 9:00 AM–2:00 PM
🏃🏽‍♀️ Registration/check-in begins at 8:00 AM
Your registration includes a race bib, T-shirt, swag bag, and finisher medal!
As an ambassador, I would absolutely love to see my friends, family, churches, fitness communities, health and wellness professionals, and local organizations come out and be part of this special day.
Let’s gather across different churches and communities for a day of faith, fitness, fellowship, and fun. Invite your family, bring a friend, form a church team, or come on your own you will be welcomed into an incredible community!
