Years ago, I had an idea that I couldn’t wait to bring to life. But I didn’t know quite how to do it at the time. Recently, with some encouragement from a few trusted friends and family members, I’ve decided to make it a reality! 📷

Why am I calling this event a SunlightStoryParty™? Because Sunlight is such a vital part of life for flowers, people, and many other living things. And the 'StoryParty' celebrates coming together to share the meaningful stories and memories of our lives.

The flower image above, which I photographed on film about 30 years ago (35mm slide film, to be precise), holds a very special place in my heart. Part of the reason is because I was with my Mom when I captured the image. 🌻
She has always been my Number One supporter of all of my creative projects (and so much more!) And she instilled in me a love of flowers from a very young age. To this day, she often remarks with joy on the various flowers she encounters throughout the year, especially irises and lilacs.🪻


My mom, brother Matt, and me around the same time I photographed the purple iris. Time flies, that’s for sure!
During the event, I will be releasing the limited edition print shown above. And I will be giving away more than $500 in prints to help celebrate the event. 🖼️
