Welcome to the NJ Business Owners Mastermind Group!

As entrepreneurs, we *are* our businesses and we are *more* than just business. We want to get to know people better before doing business with them or referring them business. We want to connect people we know with others we know so that they can find what they need. We want to help each other succeed.

This Community is for you if you:

• don’t really like networking events

• desire fewer, deeper conversations to initially get to know someone

• are very busy and find it hard to find the time to meet with people after a networking event

• skip networking meetings of groups you are already a member

• believe in helping others grow their business

• feel frustrated with the noise and distraction that can come with other networking venues

• are a member of other organizations but aren’t finding the business-building support you want

• have felt like you don’t “fit in” at other networking groups you’ve tried

Community Guidelines:

• Business cards are given upon request - not passed out like a poker hand.  :0)

• Help us know WHO you are and what you need (not only what you do) – this gathering is business building through needs discussions

• No annual membership – if you find value here, you will come back because you want to

This Community is *not* for you if you:

• are here to only solicit for clients/customers/team members

• aren’t interested in helping and referring community members

• are judgmental of others or closed-minded to unique business offerings

This group isn't your typical 'networking' event.  We are building business through building relationships, so our focus is spending time getting to know each other and our businesses better - so we can help each other succeed.

12:30pm - 20-minute topic presentation/10-minute Q&A

1pm - Open topic discussion/Networking
