Mahlon Dickerson has a little bit of everything: carriage roads, single track, challenging climbs, rewarding descents, rocks, roots, boulders, rock gardens, stream crossings, deer, turkey, bear, etc. Plan to ride for several hours.

You know what to bring: helmet, patch kit, extra tubes, pump, bike tools, water, snacks. Make sure you have plenty of water since there are no facilities in the parking lot.

Directions:

Take Route 80 West to Exit 34B which is Route 15 North

Stay on Route 15 North for about 5 miles to the Weldon Road exit

Stay on Weldon Road for about 3 miles to the Saffin Pond parking lot on the right

Park in the gravel lot at Saffin Pond
