The 97th in NJveg’s hiking/walking + vegan dining series will start with an easy hike at Stephens State Park (park info, map, GPS coordinates 40.873308, -74.805580). We’ll have lunch afterward at Pasta Grill Mansfield, which has a separate vegan menu (1916 Rt 57, Hackettstown). Please note that only vegan food may be ordered at our table. Inclement weather date TBD.
