Hiking/Walking + Vegan Dining - Gloucester County

The 109th in NJveg’s hiking/walking + vegan dining series will start with breakfast at vegan restaurant The Gentle Giant Café (13 South Broadway, Pitman, NJ 08071) for their monthly Sunday brunch (only breakfast items will be served). This is a joint event with the Veg Friends of South Jersey Heylo group. Please review NJveg's restaurant trip guidelines.

Afterward, we'll have an easy hike/walk of ~4-5 miles on the Elephant Swamp (trail description). We'll cover the northern half of the trail, out-and-back. Meet at the trailhead at the very back of Frank Stewart Memorial Park, Recreation Dr (just off of Whig Ln), Elk Township (GPS coordinates 39°40'01.8"N 75°08'26.6"W). Inclement weather date TBD.
