Princeton Eats Plants: January Community Potluck
Details
January is a time to gather, warm up, and nourish ourselves together—no resolutions required. Join us for a cozy plant-based potluck as we introduce Veganuary, enjoy three simple and delicious salad dressing demos, and enjoy our warm and inspiring community.
Bring a seasonal 100% plant-based dish, and as always, fruit or simple salads are welcome. Please avoid ALL animal products (meat, dairy, eggs, gelatin, honey) and reduce or eliminate added oils, salt, and sugars. There will be an S.O.S.-free (Salt, Oil, Sugar-free) section to accommodate the more health-conscious among us- please consider contributing an SOS-free dish.
Kindly bring your own serving spoons, plates, utensils, and water bottles as well as a mug or bowl for soup. We will be glad to furnish these items if you forget, but providing your own items saves our volunteers a tremendous amount of time, giving them more time to answer your questions and socialize with participants.
We have a new member-sponsored Lending Library. Feel free to browse and borrow from our collection of plant-based books and DVDs, and donate a plant-based cookbook if you would like!
