The 120th in NJveg’s hiking/walking + vegan dining series will be a joint event with the Plant Based Lifestyle – Northern NJ Meetup group! We’ll start with a leisurely walk at Brookdale Park in Bloomfield (07003) and Montclair (info). Meet at the Upper Parking Lot on W Circuit Dr (GPS coordinates 40.834582, -74.190165 – enter the park from Bellevue Ave). Note – if entering the park from Watchung Ave, you can use the Brookdale Park E Circuit Dr Parking Lot (GPS coordinates 40.833961, -74.188380) and walk (allow for extra time) about 1/4 mile to the Upper Parking Lot.
We’ll then head over to vegan restaurant Veggie Heaven (631 Valley Rd, Montclair, NJ 07043) for an early dinner. Inclement weather date TBD. Please review NJveg’s restaurant trip guidelines, and note that only vegan food may be ordered at our table.
