Learn how to use drones safely, with confidence and skill at this fun Drone Flying Workshop presented by Northern New England Drone User Group!

This paid workshop is designed to give everyone the knowledge needed to become a capable and safe drone pilot. This course will also fully prepare you for the upcoming FAA testing for hobby/recreational drone pilots.

Following a very informative classroom session, paid attendees receive a free training quadcopter they can keep!

All skill levels welcome! Even beginners or someone who has been flying!
This class covers a wide range of essential and important information. Following our advice will help you avoid common mistakes and significantly decrease the risk of costly crashes. Everyone will learn a lot of new and critical practices, procedures, and skills which are not touched upon in any manual or online video or course.

Walk-ins NOT accepted.
You must preregister and make payment by 11:59pm, the day before.

Family: $169.99 (Includes One Adult and One Child. Each additional Adult or Child is $69.99.)
Adult: $99.99
Child: $79.99
These non-refundable fees includes, the class, registration and lab material fees. Each paid attendee will also receive a free quadcopter.

Adult classes typically run about 3 to 3.5 hours (or 2 to 2.5 hours for Children/Family) but may run longer depending on the number and complexity of questions received.

Optional add-ons:
Battery and Charger Kit: $40
This optional kit includes 5 extra batteries and a 5 battery charger.

Tiny Whoop FPV Racing Kit: $175
This optional kit includes FPV Goggles, FPV Camera, 5 extra batteries, and a 5 battery charger so you can modify your practice drone into a Tiny Whoop Racer!

Terms:
These services are offered by VTDrone.com/VTPhotoTours.com. Each workshop is limited a specific number of students so each student has one-on-one time with instructor. First come (first to pay), first served. Registration will automatically be closed as soon as the class is full. Please arrive on time as we start promptly at stated start time.

Refund Policy: As we’re holding a space and purchasing materials for you, all sales are final. There are no refunds, transfers, make-ups or deferments for missed classes. Class credit for use at an upcoming class will be provided if you notify us at least 7 days in advance of this class. Requests must be made by email.

Cancellation Policy: We reserve the right to cancel any class for any reason but typically only do so for potentially hazardous weather. Students enrolled in a class which is canceled will be notified by message or email if a valid email address has been provided. Students enrolled in a canceled class will be offered credit for a future class.
