Looking for something a little different to do after work?

Join us for an evening walk through High Park, where we'll enjoy the fall colours while stopping along the way for some of the park's stranger, spookier, and downright weird stories.
High Park has a long history of ghost stories and local legends.

From stories connected to the War of 1812 — yes, that War of 1812 — to tales of mysterious deaths and people who may not have completely left the park behind, there's plenty of history to make an ordinary fall walk a little more interesting.
But don't worry.

This isn't a terrifying ghost hunt. 👻

Think fall colours, creepy stories, a little history, a few laughs, and just enough spooky atmosphere to make you look over your shoulder once or twice.

It's a relaxed way to get outside after work, explore one of Toronto's most beautiful parks, and experience High Park as the daylight starts to disappear. 🍂🌙

## 👻 What We'll Do

We'll walk through High Park, stopping at different locations along the way while I share stories connected to the park's history and ghostly legends.
Along the way we'll:

• Explore some of High Park's most interesting locations
• Hear stories of ghosts, legends, and strange events 👻
• Learn a little about the park's history
• Take photos and enjoy the scenery 📸
• Have some Halloween fun along the way 🎃

We'll keep a steady walking pace, with regular stops for storytelling.
The walk will remain outside throughout — there is no entry into buildings.

This isn't meant to be a serious paranormal investigation.

Some stories are creepy. Some are strange. Some might make you wonder whether there's actually something going on.
And some are just a good excuse to tell a spooky story while walking through the fall leaves.

## 🍁 Fall Weather & Expectations

This is an outdoor walk, so please dress appropriately for the weather.
High Park can be cool and damp in late October, so bring a warm jacket and wear comfortable walking shoes.
We'll be walking at a steady pace, with stops along the way for stories and photos.

📍 Meetup Location: High Park sign on the west side at Bloor Street West & High Park Avenue
🫎 Look for me in my Moose Hat!
⏰ Meetup Time: 6:30 PM sharp
I will only wait 5 minutes.
Early is on time. On time is late.
🚶 Pace: Steady walking pace
🏁 End Point: Back where we started
