Toronto has a long history — and some of it is considerably darker than the history books make it sound.

Join us for an evening walk through Old Toronto, where we'll uncover stories of haunted hotels, gruesome executions, mysterious deaths, and some of the stranger legends that have become part of the city's history.
We'll walk through the downtown core as the city settles into the evening, stopping along the way for stories about the ghosts, tragedies, and unusual events connected to the streets and buildings around us.
And yes, we'll even explore why Toronto has a long-standing fear of clowns. 🤡👻

This isn't simply a walk through downtown.
It's a curated storytelling experience that looks at some of Toronto's history from a decidedly darker perspective.

## 👻 What We'll Explore

We'll begin outside the Royal York Hotel and make our way through Old Toronto toward the Hockey Hall of Fame.
Along the way, we'll hear stories about:

• 🤡 Why Toronto doesn't like clowns
• 🏨 The ghosts of downtown's historic hotels
• 💀 Gruesome executions and forgotten tragedies
• 🔫 A deadly reminder of why you should never play with guns
• 👻 Restless spirits and strange encounters

We'll remain outside throughout the experience and will not be entering the buildings.

This is one of our curated ghost walks, rather than a regular social walk.
I've researched the stories, developed the route, and brought together some of the stranger pieces of Toronto's history to create an evening experience that is part history, part ghost story, and part “what the hell happened here?”
You don't have to believe in ghosts.
You just have to enjoy a good story. 👻
