What is OBC Swing Days of Summer you ask?
Well, Odell Brewing Company (OBC) and NoCo Swing Dance will be partnering in the celebration of a truly American Dance, Lindy Hop, and Music, Community, Beer and Wine.
What better venue than Odell Brewing Company to host this joyous event?
Free Swing Dance Lesson from 5:30-6:15 and swing dancing to live music until close on Friday, August 14th and Friday, August 28th.
If you cannot make the lesson, dancers will be available throughout the evening to teach the basics of swing dancing one-on-one.
Although internationally embraced, Swing Dancing is truly an American Dance originating from the streets of Harlem in New York City!
NoCo Swing Dance is a 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization located in Fort Collins that is dedicated to the promotion of the joy and benefits of Swing Dancing.
The Introduction to Swing Dance Lessons will be very beginner friendly starting with the most basic of footwork leading to simple moves that can be used on the dance floor that night. NoCo Swing Dance prides itself on being a very beginner friendly community and absolutely loves it when new dancers take their first dance steps with NoCo Swing Dance.
