Halloween Hacks

Come join us for a night of Halloween hacking! We'll have plastic Halloween decorations, plenty of orange and white LEDs, and Arduinos on hand to combine together in amazing new ways.

Lights that flicker, pulse to the beat of a spooky song, or combine to create fun patterns are just a few of the possibilities. Bring all your fun, zany ideas, and let's create some great hacks!

This event is beginner friendly! If you've never worked with hardware before, then have no fear. We will have people on hand to teach you all you need to know to get your first light to blink.

Schedule:

6:00pm: Doors open. Socialize with fellow NodeBots enthusiasts and enjoy food and drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages will be provided).

7:00pm: A brief introduction to LEDs and Johnny-Five (http://johnny-five.io/)

7:30pm: Let the hacking begin!

9:00pm: Doors close.
