Description:
Come join us as Cat Haines walks us through creating a real world physical thing you can touch and see that shows the status of your project's build.
Travis CI (https://travis-ci.org/) is a continuous integration and deployment tool that integrates well with GitHub, and is used by a number of popular open source projects, including Johnny-Five (https://travis-ci.org/rwaldron/johnny-five)! IFTTT (https://ifttt.com/), short for "If This Then That," is a platform that makes it easy to integrate various web services based on conditional flows.
Cat Haines has helped countless people connect their LEDs to the Internet, and ran the developer community at Electric Imp in a previous life. She is constantly on the lookout for exciting new IoT platforms to tinker with, and share!
