Each participant shares an opinion on a relatable topic, and another participant respectfully challenges it. Your mission? Respond in 30 seconds without giving up your point, getting argumentative, or agreeing just to avoid conflict.
The goal isn't to win an argument—it's to communicate with clarity, confidence, and respect.
To make things even more exciting, every session includes an Escalation Round, where the challenger gets one more chance to push back, and you must defend your position again while keeping your composure.
After each round, the audience rates the response and discusses what made the strongest comebacks effective.
