Can you explain the same idea to a curious 5-year-old and a busy CEO?
Two Versions is a unique speaking challenge that tests one of the most valuable communication skills—adapting your message to your audience without changing its meaning.
You'll receive a relatable but slightly complex topic and explain it twice. First, using simple words and everyday examples for a 5-year-old. Then, you'll explain the exact same topic to a CEO who has only 90 seconds before their next meeting.
Same message. Different audience. Completely different approach.
After every round, the audience votes on which version was clearer—not more impressive, just easier to understand.
To keep things interesting, there's a Bonus Round where the audience chooses a surprise listener—perhaps a lawyer, a rushed parent, or even a toddler—and you must adapt your explanation once again!
It's a fun, interactive challenge that will sharpen your thinking, improve your communication, and help you become a more confident speaker in any situation.
