Before anyone says a word...
You've already formed an opinion.
We all make instant assumptions about people—their confidence, personality, interests, mood, and even their story. Most of the time, we don't realize we're doing it.
Jump to Conclusions is an eye-opening experience that reveals how quickly first impressions are formed—and how often they're completely wrong.
You'll sit across from someone you've never met and spend 60 silent seconds simply observing them.
No introductions.
No conversation.
No clues.
Then you'll share every assumption you made about them with the group.
Finally, they'll reveal what you got right, what you misunderstood, and what surprised them the most.
You'll leave seeing people—and yourself—with far more curiosity and far less certainty.

## What You'll Experience

  • Sit face-to-face with someone you've never met.
  • Observe each other silently for 60 seconds.
  • Share your honest assumptions about their personality, energy, interests, and communication style.
  • Hear which assumptions were accurate—and which were completely off.
  • Explore as a group what created those impressions in the first place.
  • Switch partners and experience both giving and receiving assumptions.
  • End with a reflection on the assumptions people commonly make about you.

### The Twist

Along with your observations, you'll also have to make one bold prediction:
What's one thing you're almost certain is not true about this person?
The reveal often leads to the biggest surprises—and the most meaningful conversations of the evening.
