Pick a Side is an interactive experience where your opinion isn't just spoken—it's visible.
The room becomes a giant spectrum.
One side represents Strongly Agree.
The other represents Strongly Disagree.
Every statement invites you to take a position by physically walking to where you stand. Once you've chosen your place, you'll explain your reasoning, hear perspectives from others, and discover how different experiences shape different viewpoints.
There's no winning.
No losing.
No "correct" answer.
Just thoughtful conversations that challenge you to think more deeply, speak more clearly, and listen with genuine curiosity.

## What You'll Experience

  • Stand and move around the room in response to thought-provoking statements.
  • Choose your position anywhere between Strongly Agree and Strongly Disagree.
  • Explain why you chose that spot.
  • Hear perspectives from people standing in different places on the spectrum.
  • Explore respectful disagreement through open discussion.
  • Experience multiple rounds with topics that gradually become more thought-provoking.
  • Reflect on which conversation challenged your thinking the most.

### The Twist

After everyone has shared their perspective, a follow-up question changes the context.
If your opinion shifts, you're encouraged to physically move to a new position.
Sometimes the most powerful outcome isn't defending your opinion.
It's realizing you've changed your mind.
