## About the Meetup

Do you freeze when asked to speak without preparation? Want to become more confident speaking in front of others?
The Table Topics Circle is an engaging online public speaking session designed to help participants overcome stage fear, think on their feet, and speak confidently without a script. Through spontaneous speaking challenges and constructive peer feedback, participants will develop the confidence to express their ideas clearly and naturally.
During the session, participants will receive a random topic or question and have 2 minutes to deliver an impromptu speech. There is no prior preparation—just your ideas, your voice, and your confidence. After each speech, fellow participants and facilitators will provide structured, supportive feedback focused on eye contact, body language, posture, vocal delivery, confidence, and overall stage presence.
This practical speaking exercise helps participants become more comfortable handling unexpected questions, improve spontaneous communication, and develop the skills needed for interviews, presentations, meetings, networking events, and public speaking opportunities.
Whether you're a student, working professional, entrepreneur, educator, or someone looking to become a more confident communicator, this session offers a safe and encouraging environment to practice, learn, and grow.
