I (Matilde) will bring along some of my favorite games, but feel free to bring yours too—the more, the merrier! Whether you’re into strategy games, word games, or lighthearted classics, there will be something for everyone.

Federica is a travel designer and copywriter from Italy who moved to Portugal because it has always felt like home. Curious at heart, she loves getting lost in other people’s stories and learning new things. I am Teodora, certified and trauma-informed teacher in Traditional Yoga and Yin Yoga. My experience with Yoga started 12 years ago when I discovered the physical benefits of Hatha Yoga, which made me want to go deeper into exploring also from an energetic and spiritual viewpoint. Later on, I developed my own teaching practice with students and young professionals in both Sweden and Portugal and the journey has been developing since then. At the moment, I am sharing classes in Lisbon and Sintra, both online and in person.
