Join us for a Pilates Morning & Snacks overlooking the beautiful at Jardim do Torrel —it’s the perfect way to move, mingle, and make memories!
We will meet at 9h30AM (to avoid the strong sun)

- Pilates with a View: Flow through a rejuvenating session as you soak up fresh air and stunning scenery.

- BYOM (Bring Your Own Mat): Don’t forget your mat—and maybe a towel or two!

- Post-Workout Snacks & Chat: Refuel with light bites while catching up and making new friends.

About the host/teacher

Océane is a French Pilates instructor and certified nutrition coach based in Lisbon for four years. After a decade of battling eating disorders and extreme cardio, she spent the last five years redefining her approach—prioritizing nourishing foods and joyful movement over weight loss. Now she guides others toward mindful exercise and eating. In her Pilates classes, expect a balance of sweat, breath, laughter, and connection that leaves you feeling stronger and energized.

Hey ladies!
Unwind your weekend with Yoga & Brunch in the park—flow through an invigorating practice, then linger over a girls’ brunch to connect, laugh, and refuel.
We’ll gather at 11AM at Jardim da Estrela.

Bring your own yoga mat. After we move through gentle flows and breathwork, we’ll head to a nearby brunch place for a relaxed brunch with all the cozy vibes.

About the yoga teacher
Brytta Moreira, founder and owner, of The Yoga Hostel is a 200-RYT and YACEP Yoga Teacher from New York City who teaches accessible yoga to everyday people. She has traveled to all parts of the globe teaching Yoga for the past ten years in 19 countries.

Girlssss, you're invited to our Sunday brunch with the Girls!

If you are like me who like brunching on Sunday with friends, meeting new people and trying new brunch place in town, then this event is for YOU!

We’ll have delicious food, great conversations, and plenty of laughter. Whether you're new in town or just looking to expand your social circle, this is the perfect opportunity to meet girls from the club and create lasting friendships.

The brunch will start at 12:30PM but if you want to join us earlier for a yoga session, you are welcome!
