Coastal Trail Hike - Along Rota da Ribeira das Vinhas
Mercado da Vila, R. Padre Moisés da Silva 1, Cascais, PTGirls, lace up your sneakers, we're heading outdoors!
Join us for a refreshing hike along one of Cascais' most beautiful trails: Rota da Ribeira das Vinhas.
Whether you're an experienced hiker or just love a good walk in nature, this trail is perfect for all levels. It's a chance to breathe in the Atlantic air, move your body, connect with a wonderful group of women, all surrounded by stunning natural scenery just outside the city.
We will also have a lunch picnic so make sure to bring your lunch with you!
What to expect:
- An easy, welcoming pace — no experience required, just comfortable shoes
- Fresh Atlantic air, lush greenery, and stunning natural landscape along the way
- Warm conversations, new connections, and a relaxed social gathering after the trail

Absolutely. Most girls come alone, and that’s exactly why NGC exists. You’ll be welcomed from the moment you arrive.2. I’m new / introverted / shy — is this for me?
Yes!! Our events are designed to feel cozy, not overwhelming. There’s no pressure to be “on” or to talk nonstop—connections happen naturally.3. Do I need to know anyone beforehand?
Not at all. Many attendees are meeting for the first time, and the space is curated to make that feel easy and natural. However, the more that you come to our events, the more people you will meet again!4. What’s the age range?
