But how do we find it?
Tonight, we look at the qualities of the true self - calm, confidence and compassion and how they reveal themselves when we stop trying to become someone else.

Join a weekly Zen meditation class where you can slow down, reconnect with your inner peace and train your mind to be present. You will receive practical teachings, personal guidance and the opportunity to meditate in a group.
Each session explores a new topic offering a space to reflect, deepen self-understanding and cultivate mindfulness, clarity and balanceโboth in meditation and in daily life.

Beginners will receive an introduction to meditation, while experienced practitioners can refine their practice and explore new insights.
