In this session, we explore how the body already responds to situations before thought takes over. How the body always tells the truth.
By learning to listen more closely to bodily experience, we can act with greater ease, clarity, and trustâespecially when the mind is uncertain.

Join a weekly Zen meditation class where you can slow down, reconnect with your inner peace and train your mind to be present. You will receive practical teachings, personal guidance and the opportunity to meditate in a group.
Each session explores a new topic offering a space to reflect, deepen self-understanding and cultivate mindfulness, clarity and balanceâboth in meditation and in daily life.

Beginners will receive an introduction to meditation, while experienced practitioners can refine their practice and explore new insights.
