One-Day Silent Meditation Retreat
Details
Meditating together is a powerful way to find and stay with your true inner peace. Here you will find a safe environment that invites you to be fully present and aware, quiet the worrying, agitated everyday mind and keep deep inner and outer silence.
🧑 𝐖𝐡𝐨 𝐢𝐬 𝐢𝐭 𝐟𝐨𝐫
Dedicated to those who have meditated before and are willing to take a step further into their practice and meditate for long hours together with the commitment to explore deeper within themselves.
In order to maintain a safe environment and to create the best conditions to experience your true nature of ever-present awareness, you are invited to make the commitment to participate for the whole day, to not use your phone, read or engage in any conversation. 💗 We appreciate it very much if you could keep all the noise to a minimum.
🧘 𝐏𝐫𝐢𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐌𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐂𝐨𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠
During the meditation time, you can go in a separate room and have a private conversation with either one of the two Mindfulness and Meditation Coaches Julia or Harri about your meditation practice - from what is the best meditation technique suitable for you to challenges that appear during the meditation.

🌱 𝐌𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐧𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲
This group is anchored in nonduality. Therefore, what we are looking for is to be consciously one with reality - one with our breath/ sense of touching/seeing - whatever appears in our experience without getting lost in it. When that happens the psychological "I", i.e. the ego, appears which is the unconscious identification with experiences.

𝐉𝐮𝐥𝐢𝐚 𝐕𝐚𝐥𝐤𝐨𝐧𝐞𝐧 𝐌𝐨𝐢𝐬𝐞𝐢
Julia's life and work are deeply influenced by her 15 years of studies and training in Nonduality, Zen Buddhism, Mindfulness and Philosophy and now works as Mindfulness and Meditation Coach.
Having experienced severe anxiety, discontentment and feelings of being disconnected from others and herself, she has found a way out that brought her peace and freedom.
This change in her life was made possible by her commitment to practice meditation and nonduality while living in a Zen Temple. For 4 years, she continued to practice nonduality under the guidance of Rupert Spira which she met bimonthly in London and Oxford.

Harri experienced several extreme challenges in his life that demolished the core of his sense of self. At the moment, he lived, for the very first time, without conceptualising reality, being totally free from the constructed, false sense of self.
This embarked Harri on a journey searching for the meaning of this life-changing experience. He found his answers in his own experience guided by the teachings of the great samurai Miyamoto Musashi, Nonduality and Zen Buddhism.
