Free: Living from Don't Know With Guest Zen Teacher Manu Garcia-Guillén
Details
Much of our life is shaped by the need to know — to have answers, a direction, something solid to stand on.
This evening explores the moments when knowing falls away and a different way of meeting life becomes possible.
Rather than treating don’t-know as a problem or a lack, we approach it as a living place — awake, responsive, and present before opinions and self-stories arise.
The session is offered by visiting Zen teacher Manu Garcia-Guillén from New York.
The event is free of charge. Voluntary donations are welcome to support the teacher and help cover the cost of the space.
Warm welcome.
