Conflict Resolution as a Spiritual Path

Details
CONFLICT RESOLUTION AS A SPIRITUAL PATH workshop this Sunday, 3-5pm, at the CONSCIOUS CAUSE WELLNESS LOUNGE
When faced with conflict, differing preferences, or even anger how do you respond? How do you view the other person?
For a 5-minute video intro: https://youtu.be/n-BlDiWtBC4
In this 2-hour experiential workshop, we’ll explore and experience a compassionate approach to conflict resolution that uncovers the innocence and beauty beneath all words of discord. Through phrases like "You have a problem," "Get away from me," or "I give up on you," we will open together in hearing the love and beautiful longings that lie beneath the surface.
This gathering is a celebration of our shared humanity and the beauty within all of life’s expressions. It draws from a rich blend of conflict resolution modalities, including Nonviolent Communication, the teachings of Eckhart Tolle and Byron Katie, Internal Family Systems, “Getting to Yes,” and the power of Love.
Join us to play, co-create, and share your own life insights and conflict resolution wisdom as we collectively uncover and celebrate the gifts we all bring.
Facilitator/Co-creator: Sid Friedman – attorney mediator, Internal Family Systems facilitator, founder of EffortlessIFS.com, creator and DJ of the IFS Dance Party, YouTube personality, and enthusiastic party host.
