  • Learn to hear and respond to others’ anger from a place of empathy and compassion instead of reaction
  • Gain insights into how our nervous systems impact our reaction, and learn how to work with this awareness to foster understanding
  • Find compassion for ourselves and others for all the times that anger has impacted our outcomes

Pre-requisite:
You are required to have completed a Level 1, NVC Foundation Training or equivalent to attend this session.
