A once per fortnight group meet at a cafe in Noosa area for single, child-free women who are looking for connection and possibly new friendships with other likeminded women.

[If you are a man, please do not join this group. I am constantly taking men out of this group because they think this may be some kind of dating group. It is not.]

I have found it virtually impossible to maintain friendships at age 40 because every woman I know is married with kids/single with kids and does not have time for me any more - or simply only wants to engage with their friends who do have kids as they feel those women únderstand them better.

So I thought it could be fun to start a group of single, child-free women in the same boat as me who want to meet up and banter, see if any new friendships flourish!

I am keen to find at least one or two new girlfriends in Noosa as I have a lot to offer in a friendship and I miss having a few girls to hang out with!

Each meet up can either be somewhere different, open to suggestion - eg beach picnics, cute bars, restaurants, cafes, cinema, walks along the national park - however it can start at a cafe somewhere in Noosa. Just sit, chat, drink coffees and hopefully connect with someone! :)

Once I have numbers, I will find a cafe and book.
