Get ready for one of the most unforgettable summer gatherings of the season. Three social groups, Bucket of Adventures, NorCal Socials, and Heart & Soul, are coming together for an off the hook July BBQ pool party will take place at Mel's new property home.

The property offers everything you could want for a perfect summer day, including a swimming pool, jacuzzi, ping pong, pool table and a pickleball court. Whether you want to relax, socialize, or stay active, there will be plenty to enjoy throughout the day.

As of 6-10 we have over 200 rsvp’s. We don’t plan on closing the party, but just in case you may want to sign up now.

Music will be provided by DJ Alan, who will be setting the tone with a great summer party mix to keep the energy going. Special guest, Sheldon, will be doing a drum performance.**

Guests will bring their own meats to barbecue, and each person will also bring a shared side item based on the first letter of their last name.

The entry fee is $10 per person which will be collected at the door. Members are asked to bring their own lawn chair and towel.

The party will take places at a home in Roseville. Party address will be provided a few days before the event.

We’ll be camping together at the stunning dukMé?em wáťa (Wave Creek) Campground inside Sugar Pine Point State Park—one of Tahoe’s most scenic and historic locations.

This meetup is designed for anyone craving a relaxed, social, outdoorsy weekend—whether you’re a seasoned camper or pitching a tent for the first time.

Carpooling will be coordinated closer to the event.

Location: Ed Z’berg Sugar Pine Point State Park Tahoma, CA
Cost: $20 per person to join the reserved group campsites
(non‑refundable; covers campsite reservation costs)

• $10 per vehicle per day for park entry (carpooling strongly encouraged)

Capacity: This meetup is capped at 24 campers plus hosts to keep things comfortable and well‑organized.

Want to keep food easy and stress‑free? Join the Group Meal Plan, which includes:

Vegetarian and gluten‑free options are available.
Everyone who joins the meal plan participates in meal prep and cleanup—teamwork keeps camp running smoothly.

🌊 Saturday Lake Tahoe Adventure (Optional Add‑On)
During the weekend, there’s an optional Lake Tahoe Adventure Day at Zephyr Cove, Tahoe’s iconic adult summer playground.

This experience is hosted by Bucket of Adventures, in collaboration with NorCal Socials and Heart & Soul, and requires a separate RSVP to ensure accurate headcount.
You’re welcome to relax at camp instead—this meetup is designed to be flexible and pressure‑free.

About Sugar Pine Point State Park
This breathtaking 2,314‑acre park features towering pine, fir, aspen, and cedar forests, nearly two miles of Lake Tahoe shoreline, historic estates, and scenic trails including:

• Lakefront Interpretive Trail
• Rod Beaudry Trail
• Dolder Nature Trail (home to the world’s highest‑elevation operating maritime navigational light)

Wildlife sightings may include black bears, chipmunks, coyotes, and more—so expect a true Tahoe nature experience.

With Meetup group Bucket of Adventures there are 22 members booked and ready to go! Come join us for anunforgettable all-inclusive adults only beach resort getaway at Bahia Principe Grand Aquamarine in the Dominican Republic from November 19–27, 2026. This tropical escape is all about sunshine, relaxation, and effortless fun in one of the Caribbean’s most beautiful destinations.

Bahia Principe Grand Aquamarine features multiple restaurants and bars, daily activities, live shows, themed nights, and access to beautiful pools and white sandy beach. You can enjoy beach volleyball, fitness classes, dancing, non-motorized water sports, and evening entertainment, or simply relax with a drink and soak in the Caribbean breeze.

The trip includes nine days and 8 nights at this stunning all-inclusive beachfront resort, with food, drinks, entertainment, and resort activities included. The cost for the resort stay is $944 per person for double occupancy and $1,424 for single occupancy. To secure your spot it's a $212 non refundable deposit. Final payment is due Sept 1st.

Airfare is estimated to be around $800.
