Nordic Women Collective is a community created for women in Copenhagen who are looking for more than traditional networking.
Founded by two female entrepreneurs, the collective was born from a simple observation: while Copenhagen offers many professional events and social gatherings, there are surprisingly few spaces designed for genuine connection, meaningful conversations, and lasting relationships between women.

Our mission is to create a welcoming and supportive community where women can meet as themselves, beyond job titles, industries, and social expectations. Whether you're new to Copenhagen, building a career, running a business, navigating a new chapter in life, or simply looking to expand your circle, you'll find a place here.

Through curated events, intimate gatherings, conversation circles, workshops, dinners, and social experiences, we bring together women from different backgrounds, professions, and life stages to connect, inspire, support, and grow together.
This is not about collecting business cards or making superficial connections. It's about building a community where meaningful friendships, valuable professional relationships, and authentic conversations can flourish.

Many of our members attend events on their own, and we intentionally design every gathering to be warm, inclusive, and easy to join, whether you're naturally outgoing or stepping outside your comfort zone.
