Join us for an inspiring afternoon of photography on Mount Tamalpais—just as winter gives way to early spring. This is one of the most quietly dramatic times of year on the mountain: rolling green hills, mist weaving through redwoods, and long, low light that turns the landscape into something dreamlike.

Designed for all skill levels, this small-group workshop will take you from forest shadows to high ridgelines overlooking the Pacific Ocean—culminating in sunset and twilight photography from a sweeping coastal vantage point.

### What to Expect

📍 Meeting Point: Begin at my studio (with carpooling options) or meet in Fairfax.

Late winter on Mount Tam is lush, moody, and full of photographic potential. The landscape is at its greenest, softened by fog and winter light. Coastal clouds drift through the valleys, creating changing scenes by the minute. If we’re lucky, we may even see dramatic skies break open at sunset.

You’ll photograph:

• Fog drifting through redwoods and across ridges
• Soft light filtering through mossy trees and damp forest floors
• Silhouettes of lone trees and layered hills in the golden hour
• Reflections and patterns in small creeks and winter pools
• Moody coastal vistas at twilight over Bolinas Lagoon and the Pacific
