Our October meeting will be Thursday October 3rd from 6pm-8pm at The Grill Hilton Garden Inn 1290 Arsenal Street Suite 8 Watertown.
Our guest speaker this month will be Cliff Olney of Watertown City Council. He first wishes to listen to Watertown area real estate investors input and perspectives. Then address a host of issues including affordable housing, holding tenants responsible in worst cases of damages and thefts to property, budgeting hurdles for more recreational opportunities in the city, upgrades to Watertown city and north country public transportation, and preparing for the Micron and CNY new tech Valley's effect on our area in coming years.
Open to all to attend. New and experienced investors alike. And to anyone related to the real estate industry. No cost. Please bring guests. Please help in getting the word out of our meetings. We are now on Bigger Pockets, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
