Our April Meeting

Our April meeting will be Thursday April 2nd from 6pm-8pm; At Bad Apple Social at the Ives Hill Country Club. 465 West Flower Street Watertown, NY. Our monthly meetings have changed from Tuesday back to the 1st Thursday of every month and changed venues.
We hope to invite the brokers in Manhattan of the Salmon Run Mall up as guest speakers. However I need to hear from larger developers in the area interested in attending some of our meetings again before asking for this particular guest speaker(s) to make a 6 hour commute for us. For the first 30 minutes of monthly meetings we are sharing wins over the last 30 days, goals for the next 30 days, and current challenges, in which we may support each other. Other forthcoming topics are our group mission statement, formation of the group 503 c Not for profit, and formation of a syndication to buy specific properties which contribute to the community with a min investment of $10k. Meetings will remain free for all, for those curious about beginning in real estate, as well as for seasoned investors, with participation in syndication optional.
