What we’re about
The North County African American Women's Association is an all inclusive organization with the mission to provide a support network through education, health awareness, and life skills programs for women and girls in San Diego North County!
We support this mission through our Women's Conference for teens and adults, community activities, networking events, and fundraising events, including our annual Gentlemen's Gourmet where proceeds support our annual scholarship awards. These scholarships are given to students wishing to further their education at a community college, four-year college, trade or technical school. Applications are available online from January 1-March 31, 2024. We are also very active within the North San Diego County community and support other local charities and organizations. We invite you to join our organization!

Join the NCAAWA at the 14th Annual Vista Strawberry Festival featuring the NCAAWA Berry Brownie Parfait!
Come out and visit our booth at the 14th Annual Vista Strawberry Festival.
We will be serving our famous Berry Brownie Parfait. Delicious crumpled brownies with fresh strawberries, cool whip, Redi- whip and a little chocolate syrup or caramel. So refreshing and tasty.Look for our booth #21 on Strawberry Lane, our booth is located on Main Street and S Santa Fe, downtown Vista.
Parfaits are $7 each.

There are two convenient options:-
Vista County Courthouse parking lot (325 S. Melrose Drive) to Vista Village by Starbucks. Shuttle service begins at 6:15 a.m. and continues until 7 p.m. Buses run every 15 minutes.

Vista High School (1 Panther Way) to corner of Citrus Avenue and Eucalyptus Avenue. Shuttle service begins at 10 a.m. and continues until 7 p.m Buses run every 15 minutes.
Double bus capacity at both locations from 11:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
ADA bus will be available at Vista Courthouse.
NO animals on buses, service animals okay.
Use the same bus you got on to get back where you were picked up.
