We'll begin by creating a simple piece of artwork to help quiet the mind and awaken your creativity. There is no artistic experience needed—just a willingness to explore and express yourself.
As the sun begins to set, settle onto your mat and allow yourself to be immersed in a restorative sound bath featuring crystal singing bowls, hand pan, didgeridoo, Native American flute, tuning forks, chimes, and vocal toning. The healing vibrations are designed to calm the nervous system, encourage deep relaxation, and create space for inner peace and renewal.
After the sound bath, you'll have the opportunity to return to your artwork, noticing how your creativity, perspective, and inner experience may have shifted.
Bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, water, snacks, and anything that helps you feel cozy and comfortable.

✨ Salt Cave Reiki-Infused Sound Bath Immersion ✨
Step away from the noise of everyday life and enter a deeply restorative experience inside the peaceful environment of a salt cave sauna.
Led by two healing practitioners, this immersive journey combines the soothing atmosphere of salt therapy with Reiki-infused sound healing designed to encourage relaxation, grounding, and reconnection with yourself.
You’ll be invited to settle in, get comfortable, close your eyes, and simply receive as you're guided through an intentional sound journey featuring:

The mineral-rich salt cave environment provides a calming setting for the experience.
