Guided by three intuitive practitioners—Kim, Kandee, and Daniella—you’ll be gently led through a nourishing journey that weaves together somatic movement, Reiki energy healing, and a deeply restorative sound bath.
We’ll begin by awakening the body through guided somatic movement, allowing you to reconnect with your physical and energetic sensations, release stored tension, and create space for renewal. From there, you’ll be held in a supportive energetic container as Reiki flows throughout the group, promoting balance, clarity, and emotional harmony.
As you settle into stillness, the experience deepens with a soothing sound bath, where calming frequencies and vibrations help regulate the nervous system, quiet the mind, and guide you into a meditative state of healing and integration.
