Tai Chi practice

Tai Chi Chuan/ Chi Qigung. Practice is from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. Class will be practicing various exercise and forms and all levels are welcome.
Various forms of Tai Chi are performed and the students can follow these forms.
If you do not have a membership with Mactivity, a $15 per person for a day pass at the gym is available or you can purchase a monthly membership and save money. The class is free.
Along with your pass you will be able to practice Tai Chi Chuan and Chi Qigung for the two-hour session after which you may want to try out some of the other amenities such as the workout equipment, sauna, locker rooms and much more.
When you first walk into the gym there is a barista area where you can purchase hot coffee, tea, or even a protein shake. Not only is the gym a great value but you'll also be able to enjoy a relaxing class. I highly recommend that you step down and give it a try.
