What we’re about
Welcome to the North Vancouver Hiking Dogs Meetup group! This group is perfect for dog owners who love hiking off-leash with their furry companions of all sizes. Whether you have a small pup or a big dog, this dog walking club is for you. We explore the beautiful nature trails in and around North Vancouver while socializing our canine friends and meeting other dog lovers. Join us for fun outings, exercise, and bonding with our four-legged buddies. All friendly dogs welcome!
We are back with the second meetup!
I'm scheduling this event later in the day to avoid the unpredictable bridge traffic for those coming out of North Vancouver.
Mosquito Creek is a great loop, running alongside a river in Upper North Van. The entire trail is off-leash and has a slight incline. Parts of the route will touch the river itself.
The plan is simple. We will gather at the parking spot (see link to Google Maps https://maps.app.goo.gl/LqvrdUsVZwpzgpsP9) and then meet a few feet away in the middle of Mosquito Creek. The entire loop will take around 2 hours.
Whether you have a seasoned hiking companion or a newbie on the trails, this event welcomes all dog breeds and their humans. Explore the great outdoors, breathe in the fresh forest air, and bond with your four-legged friend while making new connections with fellow dog enthusiasts. Don't miss out on this paws-itively awesome adventure!
