What we’re about

North West and North Wales Tai Chi was set up by three tai chi instructors to promote tai chi and qigong in order to reach out and engage individuals and groups who wish to explore the benefits these systems can offer. Tai chi and qigong have many health benefits including increased strength and flexibility, encouraging blood circulation, and combating stress and depression. They are suitable for all ages and abilities and can even be adapted to seated forms.
