Grief is vast and deeply personal, it is not limited to the loss of a loved one. We can grieve many things: the end of a relationship, the loss of a career, changes that come with aging, or even the parts of ourselves that once felt effortless. This 6-week journey offers a gentle and creative space in a group of 8 to explore and process grief through expressive art, breathwork, movement, and journaling. Together, we’ll honour the emotions that arise and open space for healing, meaning, and renewal.
