Rebooking to another tour or date is treated as a cancellation and penalties apply. Group and custom private driver tours have separate policies outlined in their contracts."

1. Airfare - We can book through Globus to get the extra support if there are issues with your flight. If booking flights on your own, they are cheapest from Boston.

4. Tips and Gratuities - Prepaid Gratuities $105.00 PP can be applied to your booking ahead of time if you prefer.

Travel Insurance is required to protect yourself as well as your roommate. You are free to pick any travel insurance you’d like. I do recommend the two following companies.

I release and hold harmless Margaret Webster, Northeast Solo Travelers Group, Meetup, Odyssey Junction LLC, and CIE their officers, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses, including those related to physical injury, psychological harm, or death, that may arise from my participation in the event.
3. I agree to indemnify and defend Margaret Webster and Northeast Solo Travelers Group, Meetup, and Odyssey Junction LLC against any and all claims, including legal fees, that may arise as a result of my actions or participation in the event.
