ITINERARY:

Day 1: Arrive Dimapur – Kohima (75 km / 2 hrs) 3rd Dec 2014

(Kohima is the hilly capital of the state of Nagaland which is mainly inhabited by Angami tribe of Nagaland)

On arrival, we will be met by our drivers at the airport and then transferred to Kohima. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 2: Kohima 4th Dec 2014

We will be witnessing the magnificent Hornbill festival all day long. This festival is an excellent opportunity to know about the culture and tradition of the different tribes in Nagaland. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 3: Kohima 5th Dec 2014

Whole day at Hornbill Festival ground.

Day 04: Kohima – Jorhat (220 km / 6 hrs) 6th Dec 2014

After breakfast transfer to Jorhat, the plains of Assam and also known as the tea capital of Assam.

Day 05: Jorhat fly out 7th Dec 2014

After breakfast transfer to Jorhat to take flight for onward journey.

MODE OF TRANSPORT

: Air Conditioned Toyotas/ Mahindra Scorpios or Tempo Travellers from Dimapur Airport till Jorhat Airport.

COST: APPROXIMATELY Rs. 17,801 onwards. This cost is all inclusive, but for Train/Air Travel and Personal expenses. Liquour isn't included.
