If you have longed for a place of encouragement for writing from a deep inner place, the Spirit-Mind-Body Writing Group offers inspiration and a safe space for new and experienced writers to express their inner wisdom and personal growth. We will open each session with inspiration and discussion based on the writing of poet Mary Oliver. We will then write together for an hour, and end by sharing what we have written (voluntary). Come experience the joy of personal expression in a positive, uplifting group setting! Any type of writing is welcome from non-fiction to fiction to poetry.

Meet in the meditation room around the back of the building. Look for the door that is ajar. (The main shop closes at 6:00 but the door to the meditation room will remain open for the group.)

This is a free event, but small donations would be appreciated to support the maintenance cost of the room.

Hello, Conscious Community! 🌿✨

Is the weekend calling your name? As the days warm into late spring and summer, let’s welcome them with fresh air, movement, and heart-centered connections.

We’ll begin with a grounding meditation to center ourselves, then set out on a refreshing 3-4 mile out-and-back Miner's Ravine Trail walk along scenic Dry Creek, starting at the bridge behind the Vets building at the north end of Royer Park in Roseville.

This flat paved trail leads through town and out into a wide and wild greenbelt where it meanders through grassy fields alongside the rippling creek. Plenty of birds, trees, and flowers line the path as well as interesting rock formations. We can commune with one another and the landscape and wildlife as we enjoy this gentle walk together.

What to Bring:
👟 Sturdy shoes (or sneakers)
💧 Plenty of water
🥨 Optional: A snack for the trail
