For the third year in a row, I am the Tournament Coordinator for the Asian Health Services' Annual Charity Golf Tournament, which will be held on Monday, June 3rd, at Stonebrae Country Club. This will be their 13th golf tournament.

Many volunteers are needed to help make this tournament another success. There are various duties ranging from helping with registration to selling raffle tickets to helping with on-course contests & games to being a "runner" during the live auction and Fund-a-Need program after dinner.

**Shifts:**
\- 7:45 a\.m\. – 12:00 p\.m\.
\- 7:45 a\.m\. – 5:00 p\.m\.
\- 7:45 a\.m\. – 8:00 p\.m\.
\- 10:45 a\.m\. – 5:00 p\.m\.
\- 10:45 p\.m\. – 8:00 p\.m\.
\- 3:30 p\.m\. – 8:00 p\.m\.

All volunteers will receive a goody bag (unfortunately, not exactly the same as the players' goody bags this year) and **10 free entries into our NCGC End-of-Year Celebration raffle drawing** (great prizes!). Depending on your shift, you will receive a boxed lunch and/or a boxed dinner (the options will be confirmed closer to date, but right now, it may be chicken or salmon or vegetarian).

**I'll also hold a raffle for all the volunteers.** Prizes TBD.

We will be ordering cream-colored, long-sleeved tee-shirts for each of you. Men's sizes only. If you volunteered last year and you already have one, please let me know that also.

I helped AHS raise $1600,000 last year, and this year's goal is $190,000. We are already at $120,000, and 27 of the 30 foursome spots are already sold. With only 3 foursome spots remaining, we have a really good problem in that there are still 6 foursomes wanting to play but haven't confirmed.

Asian Health Services has been a community health center that serves Alameda County’s most vulnerable since 1974. Serving over 50,000 patients, AHS’ mission is to provide health, social, and advocacy services for all regardless of income, insurance status, immigration status, language, or culture.
