Bocce Ball

Come to the NPT’s First “End of Summer Bocce Ball Challenge”. Friday, Sept. 19th, about 5:00. It’s easy, it’s fun, no skill required, as my “court” is my front yard which has many irregularities which evens out the skilled vs. the newbies. We’ll have some first and last place prizes, I’ll provide the burgers and brats. Please bring a small dish to put into my buffet line up. Home filtered water available, or bring your preferred beverage.
If time allows we’ll throw in a lakeside camp fire for those who are not in a hurry to go home. Directions from Rhinelander: (20 min) Travel West on Hwy 8 for about 3 miles from the "world famous roundabout" and turn left onto South Rifle Road. S. Rifle will blend into Green Bass Rd by going straight and not turning. Aim for fire # 2821 Green Bass Rd. All the houses are well marked so no excuses for getting lost. Friendly dogs are welcomed to entertain Izzy, my laid back Labradoodle. New for 2025 - A donation of $5.00 per event is requested for non-NPT members which can be paid at the event.
