Two Medicine XC Ski - Snowshoe - Hike

Let's check out the stunning vistas and friendly terrain in the Two Medicine valley. We'll travel on the road into Two Med and take in the scene at Running Eagle Falls and perhaps make it to Two Medicine Lake.

How far we go depends on where the gate is closed on the Two Medicine Road. It changes with the winter snow levels and they're expecting a decent amount of snow this week.

It's a bit of a drive but so what - it's always a special day in Two Med. Temps look to be mid-to-high teens moving up to the low 20's.

We'll encounter gentle hills the whole way, but nothing big.

Bring whatever winter gear you have - XC skis and/or snowshoes and snow cleats, etc. as I'm not sure of exact conditions. Everyone is welcome. Bring your backpack with extra layers, sunglasses, food/snacks, and plenty of water and electrolytes. Perhaps some dry socks and extra water for the ride back.
