Revolutionary Walk in Historic Old Town Alexandria 5/10km 3/6 mi

Walk in the footsteps of George Washington, and see his tavern, church and townhouse! Also see Historic Boundary Stones for Virginia. We'll walk along the scenic Potomac River Waterfront, and thru Old Town Alexandria and several parks. The 5km trail is a guided group walk. Trails featured are 5 or 10 km (3.1 or 6.2 miles). Both have limited elevation gain. This is a post conference walk that's part of the 50th anniversary celebration of AVA.
The walk is $2 for guests to defray expenses for our sport and $4 for AVA walk credit. Please bring correct change in cash (we can't do e-payment). We featured curated walks led by experienced members. Dogs and children are welcome but those under 18 must have a guardian present. Arrive by 12:45 am to register so we can leave by 1:00 pm.
