About us
Nordic walking is a full-body, low impact aerobic walking experience with origins in cross-country skiing. Northport Nordic Walkers will meet at Randall Family Park & Trailhead (201 Rice Mine Road Loop, Tuscaloosa, AL 35406) on selected dates.
No charge. No need for trekking poles. Nordic walking poles provided.
We can accomodate more than 10 people, so look for the sign up link.
