We hold a general meeting on the 3rd Monday of each month, where we frequently host a guest speaker.

At this month's meeting on May 19 at 7.p.m, we will have a presentation by Madeline Crispell, curator of The Chicago Maritime Museum. Join us for a deep dive on the history of sailing on the Great Lakes! The Chicago Maritime Museum (CMM) serves as a window into Chicago’s maritime history, including the eras of French fur traders
and canoes, sailing and steam-powered vessels, modern commercial Great Lakes frigates, and the lives of renowned captains and sailors.

Come to the meeting for a fun and informative evening! All are welcome, whatever your sailing experience – just bring your enthusiasm and you sense of fun with you!

We sail from all Chicagoland harbors on weekends, some weekdays and some evenings. With nearly 30 boats and 7 Chicagoland home ports, you are sure to find a sail time and place that will fit your schedule. We also have informal social get-togethers at a variety of venues in and around the region, so there are plenty of opportunities to meet and have fun in between sails!

PS there is plenty of free parking across the street from the museum.
