Norwich LGBT+ Meetup

We are a friendly group for LGBT+ adults who live/work in or near Norwich, UK. Founded by Angela and Jenny and fostered by others, our intention is to help people keep in touch with friends and make new ones. Our first 'event' lists the events already planned for this year. 

We aim for a relaxed friendly atmosphere, but we have a few rules for you to note:

It's a social group, so everyone involved is there for their own enjoyment. We can't guarantee a 'safe space' but we expect everyone to be respectful. Anyone repeatedly unpleasant will be removed from the group.

Please show your name and a clear picture of yourself on your Meetup profile. This helps us spot new members at events and is a Meetup requirement. You will not be accepted into the group without this.

It costs money to run this group, especially with the rising costs by Meetup and insurance needed. We ask all members to contribute a small fee; without it we can't exist. A charge of £2 per event (capped at £10 per person per year so any events after that are free). Payable by cash on the door.

Please update your rsvp if you can no longer attend an event. It's really important to build a community; too often people are stuck on waitlists for our events. Three no shows will result in removal, although you are welcome to reapply.
