The Psychology of Hostage Negotiation

Details
This evening will offer you a unique insight into the work of a Hostage and Crisis Negotiator. Negotiators need an understanding of psychology to save lives.
Danny Kett has 18 years experience as a hostage and crisis negotiator, team leader and trainer. He has supported people in crisis, negotiated with kidnappers and worked on international terrorist events.
When incidents get difficult Danny and his team step up. If you are interested in finding out how negotiators use psychological techniques to find safe resolutions for everyone then this is an unmissable opportunity.
*Please Note, we are very fortunate to have this event supported by the Louis Marchesi Public House. A condition of entry to this event is to make use of the bar and purchase at least one drink.
This is the first of our new season of talks. Please make a note in your diary for the next event on Monday 10th November, details to follow soon.
